GLMRIS – Brandon Road comment period extension, additional meeting announced
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has announced an extension of the GLMRIS-Brandon Road comment period and the addition of a public meeting.
Public input on the Great Lakes and Mississippi River Interbasin Study (GLMRIS)-Brandon Road Draft Integrated Feasibility Study and Environmental Impact Statement will be accepted through Friday, December 8. Comments may be submitted via the GLMRIS website, or by traditional mail and/or hand-delivery. An additional public meeting has been confirmed for Tuesday, December 5 at the Corps’ New Orleans District Office, District Assembly Room, 7400 Leake Ave, New Orleans, Louisiana. The meeting will also be available to the public via phone, web conference and Facebook Live broadcast.
