International Joint Commission seeks comments on Great Lakes at a series of meetings
The International Joint Commission (IJC) will hold a series of roundtables, listening sessions and public meetings to hear from everyone about how the Great Lakes are faring, learn about actions that residents are taking to restore and protect their part of the lakes and listen to residents’ suggestions to improve the health and vitality of the Great Lakes ecosystem.
These meetings are part of the IJC’s consultations throughout the Great Lakes region to assess progress by Canada and the United States to accomplish goals agreed to in the 2012 Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement.
