President’s budget for Great Lakes Navigation FY19 released

The Fiscal Year 2019 President’s Budget for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has been released.

The budget includes $108.7 million for Great Lakes Navigation Operation & Maintenance. This is a $2.5 million increase over the FY18 President’s Budget.

The budget includes $40 million for dredging 21 projects. Repairs to the Poe, Black Rock and Chicago locks are also included in the budget.
